So it’s Wednesday…and again I have stayed the same weight. I seem to be on a fortnightly pattern at the moment – lose a couple of pounds, then stay the same. These feet are made for running!

I’ve reached the half-way point in the C25k running app! Today I completed Week 4, Day 2 and the feeling of reaching half-way was AMAZING! 😀 I ran for a total of 16 out of 31½ minutes, which worked out to be over a mile of running!
