So another Wednesday comes around – and it’s a surprise to find myself on Week 18 already! This week I am pleased to have lost yet another pound to bring my total weight loss to 2 stone 8 lbs (36 pounds). That’s a massive percentage weight loss of 14.69% of my original body weight!
