So it’s Wednesday…and again I have stayed the same weight. I seem to be on a fortnightly pattern at the moment – lose a couple of pounds, then stay the same. Wednesday Weigh Day!

At last! I’ve done it! Finally I have reached that elusive 3½ stone weight loss! Good grief, it has felt like a slog – it’s taken 8 weeks to lose 7 pounds and I have had a several “wobbly” unmotivated weeks, but today I have surpassed all my expectations! Expect many exclamation marks in today’s Wednesday Weigh Day post!!!
