You probably know by now that I’ve lost 4 stone in the past 11 months, and I’ve improved my health considerably by getting myself fitter and healthier. So, this September, I’m taking on ‘Sweatember’, an epic 30-day exercise challenge for Cancer Research UK.
I believe I’ve given myself the best possible chance to prolong my life and protect myself against serious illnesses, but we all know that cancer is not choosy and can affect the lives of anyone, at any time.
The aim is for me to exercise in some way, every day, for the 30 days of September. This month-long challenge is right up my street – a way for me to push myself a little harder, and hopefully raise some extra money towards finding different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates.
Please help me raise money to fund life-saving cancer research by sponsoring me. Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure.
Please consider making even a small donation, if only to watch me suffer as I endeavour to exercise every day for 30 days!
