I found my old diary entries back in April this year, and reading them brought a whole load of feelings and emotions flooding back, which prompted me to write the post I’ve linked to below.
Although there aren’t a great number of diary entries across that brief one month period, I think they really did help me get my feelings “out there”. Reading back over them has been quite interesting because I actually can’t remember how it felt to be quite that angry with myself!
Those feelings of anger, self-loathing and irritation have been replaced with pride, drive and positivity, with the occasional sense of frustration when things don’t go my way!
So I’ve finally got round to adding those diary entries to this blog – if you look to the right of this page, there’s a list of “Posts by Month” and the diary entries can be found from September to October 2017. As I said, there’s not many of them, but I think it tells quite a story of how far I’ve come since then.
