So it’s Wednesday…and again I have stayed the same weight. I seem to be on a fortnightly pattern at the moment – lose a couple of pounds, then stay the same. When your picnic or buffet quiche contains pastry and cream and oodles of cheese, it’s a very high calorie, high fat food – here I’ve reduced the calorie content enormously by using a mini tortilla wrap in place of the pastry and crammed it full of good things!
